sleep formula - not appropriate during pregnancy or TTC?
this formula seems fine as it contains herbs i have used with success before but it's not something i can take during fertility treatment, i should have checked the fine print before buying, but assumed it would be safe since sold alongside prenatals by a company dedicated to supporting people TTC/prenatal, i would really love if a supplement that's safe to use in pregnancy is developed please! magnesium isn't not enough!
Hi Briony, you can definitely this will TTC but just stop it on the day of your positive pregnancy test. It may be taken during your second and third trimester if your naturopath or herbalist recommends it for you.
