Raspberry leaf has been shown to reduce the second stage of labour (the pushing stage) by 9.6 minutes when taking 1.2 grams twice daily from 32 weeks of pregnancy (the amount found in Birth Prep & Recovery). Squaw vine is a herb traditionally used to prepare for and facilitate labour. This herb is generally used in the last trimester of pregnancy.

I bought the Birth Prep & Recovery supplement for myself and my cousin, and we’ve both had great experiences with it. My due date isn’t until October, but I’ve been taking NaturoBest’s prenatal supplements for the 2nd and 3rd trimester, and I’ve honestly felt really good — more balanced and energetic than I expected.
