Raspberry leaf has been shown in a clinical trial to reduce the second stage of labour (the pushing stage) by 9.6 minutes when taking 1.2 grams twice daily from 32 weeks of pregnancy (the amount found in Birth Prep & Recovery).
Squaw vine is a herb traditionally used to prepare for and facilitate labour. This herb is generally used in the last trimester of pregnancy and as a postpartum tonic for 6 weeks.

Vegan-friendly, this low excipient formula is free from animal products, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, gluten, lactose, msg, nuts, corn, coconut, oats and other grain derived ingredients, peanuts, sulphites, soy, sucralose, wheat, yeast, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide and other artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Daily dose of 2 capsules contains:

One capsule twice daily from week 32 of pregnancy and continue for six weeks after birth or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
