How to use the bundle

Can we continue these once pregnant?
Preconception Multi for Women may be taken during pregnancy, however we recommend switching to Prenatal Trimester One as soon as pregnancy is confirmed to help reduce morning sickness. Men may continue the male formula as a general multivitamin if desired. Our Ultimate Libido & Hormone Support may be used as part of your 3-4 month preconception care plan, however, the female partner should discontinue use on day 1 of the cycle in which you try to conceive. May be taken prior to conception but do not continue to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 
Can these be taken with additional supplements?

Yes! Our Preconception Multi for Women is perfect alongside our Detox & Liver Support, Calcium & Magnesium Plus K2 & D3, Iron & Brain Support and Ultimate Libido & Hormone Support.

How long should we remain on these products?
Most couples take preconception support for a minimum of three months before trying to conceive, supporting healthy egg and sperm development and overall readiness. This is why we have included three of each product in this bundle and six Ultimate Libido & Hormone Support for both partners to take for three months.
